I manage our campaigns myself and brought Danny in for Google Ads consulting. We were under time pressure and needed a clear direction. Danny quickly got to grips with our business and gave us specific recommendations on bidding strategy and the right conversion goal. Afterwards, we were able to nearly double our sales conversion rate. For me, the biggest change has been how it feels: I have someone I can contact by phone or WhatsApp, and I no longer have to carry the toughest decisions alone. Working together is warm, friendly and relaxed. I would recommend Danny to anyone who manages their own campaigns and needs someone who really thinks things through with them.

Dream Machine: From product idea to Meta campaign for KulturRadar
Dream Machine website; opens in a new tab
Since June 2026, I have been helping Dream Machine turn a product idea into an offer people can understand and try. For KulturRadar Leipzig, I worked with the team to connect positioning, advertising and conversion tracking. The first Meta campaign launched in September, with a traceable journey from an ad click to the start of a Telegram chat.
An offer with an immediate benefit
Dream Machine develops digital products that bring people together around shared interests. Acquiring users raised a fundamental question: what specific benefit could someone experience on their very first visit?
KulturRadar Leipzig put personalised event recommendations at the centre of that journey. The service helps people discover relevant cultural events in the city, directly in a Telegram chat. It offers a clear entry point that an ad can explain and a new user can try without a lengthy introduction.
From the beginning, the collaboration therefore covered the offer, its communication and the path from initial interest to product use, alongside the advertising account.
Advertising the service people will use
An attractive event image can capture attention. KulturRadar’s ads needed to make the service itself memorable: finding out what is happening tonight, discovering new places and receiving suggestions that match individual interests.
I developed several advertising approaches around those benefits. They address recognisable situations: planning a spontaneous evening, looking for something new to do in Leipzig or getting started directly in Telegram. Each image, message and chat entry point leads to the same offer.
The marketing concept became a set of usable creative ideas with a clear purpose: spark interest in KulturRadar and invite people to try it.
From a Meta ad to a Telegram chat
Moving from a Meta ad to Telegram crosses a platform boundary. To make that transition measurable, I worked with the developer on a connected measurement approach and checked its implementation.
Campaign attribution is retained as people move from the website to Telegram. Starting the chat is reported back to Meta through a server-side event. The team can also examine whether new users write their first messages, receive recommendations and return later.
This connects advertising measurement with product use and provides a basis for improving the ads and the onboarding journey together.
From consulting to campaign launch
Over the summer, I worked with Dream Machine to align the offer, advertising message and measurement. In September 2026, I launched the first Meta campaign with three creatives.
The collaboration covers strategy, creative development, campaign setup and coordination of tracking with the developer. Dream Machine now has a connected acquisition path: people discover KulturRadar through an ad, enter the chat and can experience the service for themselves.
