I started my career inside Google, advising performance advertisers across Europe — which means I've seen exactly how the platform nudges advertisers toward spending more, not earning more.
Today I run an independent consultancy from wherever the work takes me. My focus is narrow on purpose: conversion tracking, Google Ads, and transferring that knowledge to teams and founders. No junior account managers, no decks for the sake of decks.
Most of my hands-on client work is in German with DACH SMBs — that's what visnakovs.de is for. This English section is the front door for international founders, teams, podcast hosts and event organisers.
